Susie Rundall has been a Realtor in Litchfield County for 35 years and a lifelong resident of Kent.Her knowledge of the region’s zoning regulations, building codes, and resources for land & construction have been indispensable in assisting both Buyers and Sellers. She has worked with her husband of 50 years in their construction business and with her son in his plumbing business. Susie spent 17 years working in the Region 1 School system as a paraprofessional educator in grades 3 through 12. In addition, Susie was chairman of the Kent Zoning Board of Appeals, and a member of the building committee advising the renovations for the Kent Town Hall and the Housatonic High School, and an officer in the Connecticut FFA (Future Farmers of America) Alumni Association. She currently is the Director of Emergency Management for the town of Kent and a member of the Kent Volunteer Fire Department.
